Shipping
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
- Processing: orders ship within 1 to 3 business days
- Delivery: 3 to 7 business days after shipping
- Cost: free on orders of $50 or more, otherwise $5.99
Some orders ship from more than one warehouse and may arrive in separate boxes. You get a tracking number by email as soon as each package ships.
Holiday deadline
Order by December 15 for delivery by December 24.
Returns
- Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Email hello@agapegoods.store with your order number to start a return. We send return instructions within one business day.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the item.
- If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email a photo within 7 days and we replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Holiday purchases made November 1 to December 24 can be returned until January 31.
